Bree Olson, who was in a relationship with Sheen and Natalie Kenly, broke up with the former Two and a Half Men star in Toronto over the weekend, reports TMZ.
The reports suggests that Olson left Sheen once before in March, but they reconciled later. Kenly is said to still be with Sheen.
Olson and Kenly have been travelling with Sheen during his 'My Violent Torpedo of Truth' tour, which hit Toronto last week.
The star also arranged a bipolar awareness walk in the city on Friday.
Earlier this month, Sheen declared that he wanted Black Swan's Mila Kunis to move in with him and his two girlfriends.
A source revealed that Kunis had no desire to become one of Sheen's goddesses.
