Charlie Sheen loses sole custody bid

The former Two and a Half Men actor appeared in court on Tuesday seeking full custody of Bob and Max, his children with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
According to TMZ, a judge ruled that custody arrangements should remain the same, although the outcome of the hearing was sealed. Mueller and Sheen share legal custody of the children, although Mueller has sole physical custody.
Sheen and Mueller, who married in 2008, separated in 2010 and their divorce is thought to become official on May 2.
Neither has commented on their custody arrangements.
Sheen, who was accompanied to court by girlfriend Natalie Kenly, flew to Washington DC following the hearing for the latest stop on his 'My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option' tour.
