Robert Pattinson reveals love for MC Hammer

Robert Pattinson has revealed that he used to love watching MC Hammer's cartoon series Hammerman.

The Twilight actor told Jimmy Kimmel Live during an interview on Wednesday night that he was a fan of the 1990s animation growing up in London.

Kimmel then produced an original animation cell from the series which he claimed to have stolen from the wall of an employee's office, telling Pattinson that he could keep it.

"Oh my God, that's the best thing I've ever got!" replied Pattinson, adding. "I'm keeping this in my suitcase!"

Kimmel also quizzed the actor on whether he will be attending the royal wedding, to which he laughed: "I was not invited! [I read that] I was shocked [not to be invited]!"

As for whether he has ever met a member of the royal family, he said: "I don't think so. I used to tell people when I came to the States that I had, and they believed me!

"It's funny. Five years ago there weren't that many English people in LA - when I first used to come here - and now there are a million. They still believe it. It's crazy! It's the first question you're always asked."

Pattinson can be seen alongside Reese Witherspoon in Water For Elephants, which is playing in US cinemas now and opens in the UK on May 4.
