Audrina Patridge 'not surprised' mum is a star

Reality star Audrina Patridge has said that she always knew that her mum would be the breakout star of her new VH1 reality series.

Patridge revealed that she was excited to see the reaction to her mother Lynn Patridge when Audrina launched last weekend.

"I was not surprised at all that my mum was a breakout star," Patridge told MTV News. "She's the life of the party everywhere we go and ever since we were little, everyone that meets my mum, they absolutely fall in love with her.

"She just has that personality and she's very blunt and says what she means, but it all comes out from a good place and she's so much fun and has the biggest heart."

Audrina follows the former star of The Hills as she attempts to launch a career in Hollywood, and also heavily features her eccentric family members.

"This is me uncensored and it's my family uncensored," Patridge added. "What you see is what you get."
