Mischa Barton 'ordered to pay $95k medical fees'

TMZ claims that the ex-O.C. star has been sued by Doctor's Choice Nursing after allegedly refusing to pay for unspecified treatment that took place prior to her hospitalisation for psychiatric evaluation.
The website writes that Barton was told to pay her outstanding bill for $89,930.57 plus interest after a judge automatically ruled in favour of Doctor's Choice Nursing when the actress failed to attend a court date.
However, a spokesperson for Barton debunked claims of a lawsuit by stating: "This is the first we've heard of it."
Barton previously attributed her mental health issues to botched surgery on his wisdom teeth. It is unknown whether the dental procedure had been performed by Doctor's Choice Nursing.
