Jennifer Hawkins has decided to visit some of the victims of the Queensland floods.

The Aussie supermodel and Myer department store ambassador, who is engaged to Jake Wall, will fly north tomorrow to visit mums affected by the natural disaster and treat them to a pampering session to mark Australian Mother's Day.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Hawkins will also coordinate and star in a fashion show organised by Myer.

The former Miss Universe reportedly refused to take any payment for the visit, unlike US TV star Carson Kressley, who controversially charged $13,000 (£8,500) for a pre-Mother's Day visit to those affected by the Marysville bushfires in 2009. He later made a donation of $20,000 (£13,100) to bushfire relief services following his visit.

Earlier this year, Hawkins revealed that she will probably marry Wall in 2012, saying: "I was hoping the wedding would be this year, but we just want to make it right. So I want to give it the time it deserves.

"I have a lot of friends and family going so we want it to be something easy for them. I don't know what I am going to do [about a dress] but it's exciting. I think I will go to a designer. That would be lovely."
