Kelly Rutherford enjoying "good" relationship

Kelly Rutherford has revealed that she is in a "good" relationship.

The actress, who is best known for playing Lily van der Woodsen in US television drama Gossip Girl, is currently dating New York lawyer Marcus Ernst.

Rutherford revealed that the last time she had a night out with her boyfriend was "for dinner with a group of friends" to a restaurant called The Lion. She added: "I hadn't been there. It was really good!"

She said of a typical date with Ernst: "Sometimes we'll go to a screening together or something like that which is always fun. You know, I'm old. I like to just go to dinner. I have children!

"We'll run out to the country for the day. We went to the Hamptons. We walk around and have lunch and just enjoy the day and shop. So far, so good! I think we both understand where we are in life. And are really respectful of that."

Rutherford filed for divorce from husband Daniel Giersch in January 2009 after two years of marriage and later admitted that she was "scared" of him. They have children Hermes and Helena Grace together.
