Miguel Solis, Manuel Valverde and Alexander Rivas are accused of opening fire on Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles during the model and NFL star's big day in Costa Rica.
The trio, who are said to have shot at Cortez and Aviles's car after they refused to hand over their cameras, were told by Judge Hernan Salvar at a Friday court hearing in the country that they would indeed be tried for their actions, The AP reports.
Bundchen and Brady were sued by the photographers following the incident, but the case was later thrown out of court.
Bundchen previously claimed to have no knowledge of the shooting.
