Rav Wilding 'wants Chantelle Houghton back'

Rav Wilding has reportedly told Chantelle Houghton that he wants to rekindle their romance.

The pair split earlier this month after pictures of them arguing were published in a tabloid newspaper.

The Crimewatch presenter accused Houghton of using him for publicity and was told to take a holiday by unimpressed BBC bosses. However, he has apparently since called the Celebrity Big Brother winner to arrange a reunion.

"The call came out of the blue," a friend told The People. "To say it was a surprise to Chantelle, after the way he's treated her, is an understatement.

"At the moment her head is spinning with it all. It was hurtful of him to accuse her of setting up those pictures, and it was utterly untrue.

"She's still not sure if she can forgive Rav. After all, he has also earned thousands of pounds from their romance which he seems to forget."

It was previously reported that Wilding was "devastated" over the split.
