Teen Choice 2011 to air in August

The awards event will celebrate "the year's hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports, comedy, fashion and the web" and air live on Fox this summer, the network has announced.
"I am thrilled to have Teen Choice 2011 air live once again on Fox," said show producer Bob Bain.
Bain added: "Since news travels fast across social media and the internet, this allows us to deliver all the excitement and surprises in real time to teens across America."
Performers, presenters and award nominees will be announced soon, according to Fox.
Justin Bieber, Lady GaGa, Selena Gomez and Eminem were among the winners of last year's Teen Choice Awards 2010.
Katy Perry hosted last year's awards show.
Glee stars Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling also appeared on last year's presentation.
This show will air on Sunday, August 7 at 8pm ET/PT on Fox.
