The comedian will kick off a series of concerts in the US on May 19 at the New Jersey State Theater in New Brunswick, NJ, reports Idolator.
Yankovic will also perform dates in California, Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and New York.
Alpocalypse will be released on June 21. The deluxe release will feature a bonus DVD containing ten music videos.
Last month, Yankovic revealed that he had been denied permission from Lady GaGa to include his GaGa parody 'Perform This Way' on his upcoming album. However, GaGa later approved the parody.
Yankovic confirmed that GaGa had approved the song with a blog post that read:
"I'm thrilled on many levels to hear this," he wrote. "Because 1) I truly respect and admire GaGa as an artist and it pained me to think of her as having less than a great sense of humour, and 2) it means I GET TO PUT OUT MY ALBUM!"
The parody singer previously suggested that YouTube has replaced MTV.
