Madonna is reported to want a second child with film-maker husband Guy Richie.
The singer is said to have agreed to try for another child with Richie to give 5-year-old son Rocco a playmate and help strengthen the couple's relationship.
A source told the Daily Star: "They are more in love than ever and having another baby will be their first priority. Although Madonna has a world tour coming up, she knows she is fit enough to be able to perform while pregnant."
Madonna, 47, also has a nine-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.
