Sarah Harding: 'I regret lip injections'

Sarah Harding has admitted undergoing a cosmetic surgery procedure for fuller lips.

The Girls Aloud star was pictured earlier this year with a fuller pout, prompting speculation that she had undergone treatment to alter her appearance.

Speaking to the News of the World, Harding revealed that she had "got a little bit experimental" at the end of last year and decided to have injectable fillers put into her lips.

"It's not something I'm going to be trying again, or anything I would recommend to anyone else," Harding said.

"Clearly that was a mistake... I was silly, it was a very silly thing to do."

The 29-year-old added that a reaction to the substance had resulted in her mouth swelling to a larger-than-expected size, but said: "Thankfully they have gone back down now."

Harding has also dyed her trademark platinum-blond locks to a dark brown colour.

Earlier this year, Harding confirmed that she was engaged to DJ Tom Crane and enjoyed an engagement party in March.
