Brad Pitt, Courteney Cox meet for dinner

Brad Pitt and Courteney Cox reportedly shared a dinner together in West Hollywood last Wednesday.

According to Us Weekly, Jennifer Aniston's ex-husband and best friend met to celebrate their manager Cynthia Pett-Dante's birthday. They were joined by nine others, including actor Danny McBride.

Pitt and Cox "looked happy to see one another, like old friends", one source said. "They huddled for a good five minutes, like they were catching up."

Another witness revealed: "They were very sweet to each other. He gave her a big hug."

Pitt and Aniston divorced in 2005. The Friends star claimed that the split was amicable.

Cox recently split from her husband of 11 years David Arquette. Last month, the Cougar Town star revealed that one of the reasons for the separation was that Arquette is obsessed with sex.
