Doherty released on bail again

Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty was released on bail this morning, following his latest arrest.

The 27-year-old was detained yesterday for suspected drug possession, just hours after he had left court on different drug charges.

Whilst leaving the police station accompanied by a lawyer, he reportedly turned on the waiting press, saying to one: "I feel like smacking you in the face, mate, stay away from me."

Doherty has been ordered to return to the police station in June, pending further enquires.
