The former Saturday Night Live castmember told TMZ that the LAPD and the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are currently investigating the theft of more than 21,000 units of his signature alcoholic beverage.
Aykroyd joked that the incident has left him feeling both "distressed and elated".
"My partners and I are sorry to lose this much vodka to theft and do not condone criminal activity in any fashion, but we are happy that some consumers will be afforded the opportunity of tasting it at significantly lower than retail price," the Yogi Bear star said in a statement to the website.
Aykroyd founded the brand, which houses its vodka in skull-shaped bottles, with artist John Alexander after becoming interested in the legend of 13 crystal heads found around the globe over the course of thousands of years.
Late last year, the actor claimed that he still misses his deceased Blues Brothers co-star John Belushi and suggested that Belushi would have become a Broadway star if he had not died of a drug overdose in 1982.
