The Can Associates PR guru, who regularly appears in Andre and Kerry Katona's ITV2 shows, will open up a Fabulous Face & Body HQ in Harley Street, London next week.
Powell's venture will offer a range of treatments for celeb and VIP clients, ranging from mesotherapy, thread vein removal to double chin reduction and Botox.
"I am thrilled to be launching FAB across the UK starting with our leading clinic on 1 Harley Street. The clinic is the first of several that will be rolling out through the UK this year," said Powell.
"FAB is run by an expert team of medical staff and is aimed at both VIPs and celebrity clients looking for private treatments.
