Christine Bleakley: 'Frank and I aren't flashy'

Christine Bleakley has revealed that she lives a relatively normal life with footballer boyfriend Frank Lampard.

The Daybreak presenter insisted that the pair, who have been together since 2009, aren't "flashy" and prefer to stay in and watch movies rather than go to celebrity events.

"We don't do anything too flashy or flamboyant," she told Now magazine. "We get papped occasionally but not as much as people think. Frank trains every morning and gets back at 2.30pm.

"As long as I've had some sleep it allows us to spend the rest of the day together. When I was on The One Show we didn't see each other until 9.30pm."

She added: "Frank likes serious films - he loves Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman - while I like all the comedies, so I'm trying to bring him over to my side. I love anything with Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller and Adam Sandler."

Bleakley recently defended her move to ITV, saying it wasn't because she is an "overly ambitious, dangerous woman".
