Teri Hatcher: 'I dated Ryan Seacrest'

Teri Hatcher has admitted to being set up on a blind date with Ryan Seacrest.

The Desperate Housewives star explained that even thought she considered the American Idol host to be a "great" person, sparks failed to fly on their romantic outing a few years ago.

She recalled on Friday's edition of The Wendy Williams Show: "We got set up on a blind date by a friend. It was years ago. It's fine. He's fine. He's great. I think I wore jeans and like a T-shirt and a sweater, it was kind of a rainy day. He's a smart guy, an interesting guy or whatever."

Hatcher also confessed to sharing "a peck" with Seacrest upon the date's conclusion, but was far more concerned about the presence of the paparazzi.

She said: "I didn't know that there were photographers shooting [with those] damn zoom lenses."

Hatcher previously revealed how Seacrest ended their courtship in 2005 after photographers snapped them kissing on a beach.

Seacrest is currently dating singer and Dancing with the Stars professional Julianne Hough.
