Missing Tom Sizemore woman found alive

Tom Sizemore has expressed his relief at the discovery of a missing woman to whom he was once romantically linked.

The Saving Private Ryan actor was questioned by police after the disappearance of Megan Lacey Wren on March 31. He admitted to having befriended her six months before she went missing, but dismissed LAPD officers' suggestions that they were a couple.

His publicist clarified to E! at the time: "This woman was just his neighbour who lived in his building. She was not a girlfriend of Tom. She was a girl who lived in his building who no longer lives there. She's not an assistant, she's not a girlfriend, she was no one that had anything to do with him."

Despite distancing himself from Wren, Sizemore did send his well wishes to the 25-year-old and her family after she was found at a downtown Los Angeles home this week.

He said in a statement: "I am relieved and happy Megan is safe and sound. It is unfortunate that she did not come forward immediately as this has caused me a lot of concern.

"However, I am pleased no harm has come to Megan and I wish her and her family the best and I am putting this matter behind me."

The circumstances surrounding Wren's disappearance and recovery have not yet been announced.

In March, Sizemore boarded Fox drama pilot Exit Strategy alongside Ethan Hawke.

The troubled actor was charged with domestic assault in August 2009 following an earlier altercation with his then-girlfriend.
