DiCaprio in 'The Aviator'
Leonardo DiCaprio was flown to hospital in South Africa after injuring himself during filming in neighbouring Mozambique.
The actor was injured during work on The Blood Diamond but officials have only confirmed he had had X-rays for a minor injury.
Robert Harris, the films publicist, told Reuters: "It was a minor injury. He was running when it happened. We took him to hospital in South Africa because we just wanted to make sure he was okay, and that done, he is now back to work."
Hospital official Robyn Baard said the star had seen a doctor for about two hours. "He walked into the hospital grounds surrounded by bodyguards," he explained. "Nothing was ever released about the nature of the consultation."
The Blood Diamond - set to be released this year - is about two men who find a precious gem during the civil war.
