Isaac Mizrahi says he taught Keira Knightley how to walk in high heels for her latest film.
The shoe designer says he helped the Pirates of the Caribbean star to deal with the shoes for new film Silk.
He explained: "I wanted her to put her weight back then walk foot first, foot first, nice and slow. She is so much better already."
