Diana Vickers to launch fashion line

Diana Vickers is to launch her own fashion collection with Very.co.uk this week.

The X Factor star, who will be following in the footsteps of brand representatives Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby, will release her own line entitled 'Dee V' on Friday.

Vickers's capsule collection will include dresses and playsuits adorned with blossom, bird and dog prints, wide leg jeans and cotton t-shirts.

The singer, who is said to be dating Emma Watson's ex-boyfriend George Craig, also shows her love of '60s style with shift dresses.

Describing her collection, Vickers said: "It is fun with a sophisticated twist. It's full of unique prints and gorgeous colours. It is important to me that people will look at the collection and see that it has come from me."

Dan Rubel, the Brand Director of the fashion site, said: "We're delighted to have her on board and feel she is a great addition to the celebrity designers Very.co.uk already boasts. We are confident that her collection will be a big hit with our customers."

Vickers is to play at this year's Isle of Wight Festival.
