'Adam Carolla Show' breaks podcast world record

The news was announced during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday, during which the comedian and radio personality - dressed as Uncle Sam - was awarded with a commemorative plaque by a bikini-clad model.
The Adam Carolla Show, based on Carolla's former radio programme, premiered online on February 23, 2009. It is available for free download as well as in live or recorded video form via subscription on Ustream.com.
The programme was previously selected as the 'Best Audio Podcast' of 2009 by iTunes
The Guiness World Record was formerly held by Ricky Gervais for his Ricky Gervais Show podcast with writing partner Steven Merchant and Karl Pilkington.
