Snoop Dogg has been arrested as a member of a 30-strong group of people involved in abusive behaviour at London's Heathrow airport.
Police say that the US rapper was part of the gathering at Terminal 1 that "became abusive and pushed officers" after they were told they could not board their flight. During the course of the fracas seven police officers sustained minor injuries.
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was held on suspicion of violent disorder and affray along with five other men.
The six culprits, all US citizens, were taken into custody at two west London police stations.
Snoop Dogg and his entourage were due to travel to Johannesburg, South Africa.
