The model-actress was picked up by police after she hit three parked cars last Monday night.
Warren initially resisted arrest for a driving offence when stopped by authorities, reportedly striking a police officer at the scene of the alleged crime and later attempting to flee when released from handcuffs at police headquarters.
Since the Canadian star had not yet been booked by police at the time she tried to escape, however, she will not be prosecuted for a felony escape attempt, police sources have now told TMZ.
Charges of assault, engaging in a hit-and-run and driving under the influence still stand against Warren.
Warren is best known for supporting roles in the films Planet of the Apes and Kangaroo Jack as well as stints as a guest star in TV dramas The Ghost Whisperer and Law & Order.
