Daniel Baldwin has been arrested for cocaine possession at a US motel.
Police attended the Santa Monica location after receiving complaints from a fellow guest.
They reportedly entered his room at the Ocean Park Inn and found him with a drugs pipe and "a small amount of cocaine". They also found another man named Winston Anthony Hunter – apparently hiding in the toilet.
Officers confirmed that both men admitted using illegal drugs on the scene and were arrested for possession of cocaine and narcotic paraphernalia and for being under the influence of narcotics.
Baldwin was held overnight after the arrest last Saturday and released the next day on bail. Hunter has been denied bail as is already on parole for a different conviction.
