The reality TV star, who recently announced that she and husband Lamar Odom are eager to start a family, explained that she has been "on edge" because she has not yet fallen pregnant.
Kardashian told Odom: "I'm sorry for snapping at you and being on edge lately but I've been holding a lot of stuff in and trying not to bother you, but I've been freaking out about why I'm not pregnant.
"It's scary [thinking], 'Oh God, what if I physically can't have kids'."
However, the basketball player was insistent that everything will "work out".
He replied: "It'll work out. If something is wrong, that doesn't affect anything [we're] going to do [as a couple]. We're not going to give up."
