The actress will join Robert De Niro and Isabelle Huppert as a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 46th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
The event is among the longest-running film festivals in the world, with the top prize called the Crystal Globe.
Dench collected her first Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 European Film Awards, marking 50 years in the film industry.
She beat Maggie Smith and Intimacy star Mark Rylance to the title of 'Greatest Stage Actor Ever' last year, as voted for by readers of trade publication The Stage.
The 76-year old actress will next be seen in Jane Eyre, bawdy period zombie film The Curse Of The Buxom Strumpet and next year's James Bond.
