The supermodel was spotted enjoying a romantic meal with John Hitchcox at West End restaurant E&O on Tuesday night.
If the rumours are true, this will be Elle's first romance since the breakdown of her nine-year relationship with Arpad Busson last year.
However, speaking to the News of the World, Hitchcox insisted, "We're just good friends."
