Actress Gabrielle Union has lost all hopes of saving her marriage, as she fears she gave her husband too much "space" during their separation.
The star married former American football player Chris Howard in 2001, but is convinced that he has already moved on.
Speaking to Sister 2 Sister magazine, she revealed: "I gave him so much space... I'm choking myself with it."
Union added, "I'm just learning very recently what my mistakes were. And unfortunately it's a little too late. I learned too late."
Despite a public declaration of love from rapper The Game, she stated that she is not ready to move on quite yet. "I'm still in mourning... It's like your father dying and somebody being like, 'Well, I want to be your surrogate parent.' I'm not ready for that."
