Leonardo DiCaprio is dating an Israeli model who allegedly married an older man one week before she was due to enlist for military service.
Bar Rafael, 20, has graced magazine covers such as French Elle and Sports Illustrated , but caused outcry in her native country where by law all women aged from 18 to 20 have to serve in the military unless they are ultra-religious, physically disabled, or married.
The model is apparently still married, but has been linked with several millionaires and actors before being photographed with the Aviator actor.
A source told Contactmusic: "He knows she is married but she is separated from her husband and planning to divorce him. She's no gold-digger."
DiCaprio, 31, was recently spotted on a series of dates with Rafael around European cities including Paris and Prague.
