Camille Grammer 'filing for custody of kids'

Camille Grammer has filed for primary custody of her two children with ex-husband Kelsey.

People reports that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star lodged paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court this week in response to Kelsey's filing last month over 9-year-old son Mason and 6-year-old son Jude.

Camille claimed in the documents that Kelsey's attempt to take the kids was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage [her]."

A source told the publication that while Camille hoped to resolve the dispute amicably for the sake of their boys, she now believes that a peaceful resolution is impossible as Kelsey "won't communicate with her".

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," the insider explained. "Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed."

Camille's publicist recently insisted that the children want to stay with their mother and have no interest in moving in with Kelsey.
