The 22-year-old former Miss Universe Australia, who has also appeared in Celebrity MasterChef, said that she feels very lucky to have met professional dancer Michael Miziner when she took part in reality TV show Dancing with the Stars.
Finch told the Herald Sun: "He's amazing. I can't believe I've met somebody I'm so connected to."
When they first got together, the star described Miziner as "sweet and calming" and said that he had the "tick of approval" from her family.
Finch, who was recently announced as the new ambassador for swimwear label Speedo, revealed that she hopes she will be as successful as Jennifer Hawkins and Miranda Kerr.
She said: "I looked at these women and thought, 'Wow they are such good role models and it's so nice to be looking up to them' and to feel like girls are now doing that to me is a blessing."
When Finch was announced as the face of Speedo, the company's last swimwear model Lara Bingle revealed that she felt hurt by her former employer. She said: "People think your success is just a matter of having a pretty face. But it's easy to be chewed up and spat out."
Finch's first campaign for Speedo will be released in August this year.
