The Australian singer and television presenter, whose boyfriend is fitness trainer Richard Harrison, said that she feels "fantastic" after deciding to get in shape through an exercise regime of running and weight training.
Coulter told Woman's Day magazine: "I feel amazing all the time now and it's a nice feeling. In life, we all have ups and downs, but it is about being consistent. If you want results in anything, you have to work hard at it over a long period.
"I went from being a person who didn't like exercise and hated running to someone who loves running. It has been a change in my lifestyle."
Coulter also revealed that the weight loss is due to a sensible diet of banana porridge, chicken salad and protein bars.
"I don't ever feel like it's a diet," she said, "because it's a change of lifestyle.
"I look forward to eating and I enjoy every mouthful. I have days when I allow myself something extra. I feel fantastic. I have been working hard and I can't wait to share everything I have been doing."
Coulter began living a more healthy lifestyle when she moved in with Harrison last year. After shedding 20kg, she said: "Not only do I look better than I ever have - I feel better than I ever have."
