The country star married NHL hockey player Mike Fisher in July 2010 and has credited her husband with making her a better person.
"I've never been one for mushy songs. I just don't do mush. I can do mad. I can do sassy," she explained to US Weekly. "The more I was around him...I'm becoming a sentimental weenie!"
Underwood, who has claimed that she likes being a hockey wife, also expressed her happiness at Fisher's transfer from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators as it allows them to live in the same place.
"It's been really nice. He loves it here and I love having him here," she said.
Underwood previously insisted that she and Fisher are in no rush to start a family.
