Two Sopranos stars are in trouble with the police this week over separate charges.

John Ventimiglia – who plays chef Artie Bucco - has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession, while Louis Gross - Tony's new hardman – is in court on robbery charges.

Ventimiglia was pulled over at 1am on Monday morning near his Brooklyn home after reportedly driving erratically into oncoming traffic with his headlights off. He was then allegedly found to be over the limit and had a bag containing cocaine residue in his back pocket.

The New York Post reported that he was drinking wine at an art gallery opening in Long Island City earlier in the night.

Meanwhile, Gross was arrested on Sunday for allegedly breaking into house in New York. "I don't know nothing," he said in court on Monday. "I'm innocent. I'm always innocent."

Trinny Hill, the alleged victim, claims the actor is lying. "It was a break-in," she told The New York Daily News. "He came and took some stuff from the house. Now I've received threats from his family."

Gross charges have now been changed to criminal mischief, but he also faces a separate case of robbery from a clothes store.
