The Oscar-winning actress will appear at a Studio Session of this year's iTunes Festival at London's Roundhouse on Tuesday, July 5 to promote her new book Notes from My Kitchen Table.
"Gwyneth will be exploring some of the themes of the book as well as discussing why cookery has become such an important part of her life," a statement on the official festival website read.
Tickets for the event must be applied for via a free ballot on the official iTunes Festival website.
Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye will headline the Camden venue later the same evening.
Other Studio Sessions currently confirmed for this year's event include Ukelele for Dummies on July 3 and a talk from DJ Mark Radcliffe on July 18.
Paltrow launched her own lifestyle website GOOP in 2008.
The website has attracted criticism from scientists and other celebrities, but Paltrow responded that critics "don't really get" the site "because if they did, they would like it".
