Brad Pitt affair rumours shock Bella Heathcote

Bella Heathcote has hit back at rumours of an affair with Brad Pitt.

The 23-year-old Australian actress, who has starred in Neighbours and is soon to start filming Dark Shadows with Johnny Depp, apparently caused a stir on the Cogan's Trade set with reports that she reminded Pitt of a younger version of his partner Angelina Jolie. Some reports even claimed that the actors were caught in a so-called "nude scandal".

Heathcote told InStyle magazine: "I haven't even met Brad Pitt. It's hilarious. I have a couple of scenes with Ray Liotta and that's it."

She also revealed that she is not rushing herself as an actress, saying: "I kept telling myself it took Naomi Watts seven years to make it happen, or that's how the story goes, and that was my mantra. I never thought that only a year down the track I'd be supporting myself as an actor. To have achieved that is huge."

Pitt recently said that he is considering marriage to Jolie. "The kids ask about marriage," he said. "It's meaning more and more to them. So it's something we've got to look at."

He has also said that despite not being a "horrible" parent, he does regularly make "mistakes" with the upbringing of their six children.
