Kelsey Grammer: 'Custody battle will be unpleasant'

Kelsey Grammer has claimed that the custody battle over his two children with ex-wife Camille Grammer will be "unpleasant" for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

Kelsey filed for sole custody of 9-year-old Mason and 6-year-old Jude last month, though Camille later filed her own petition only weeks later.

"It's going to be a long, drawn-out thing," he told Life & Style about the ensuing case. "We'll be tortured and it will be unpleasant I'm sure, but not on my side."

Kelsey responded when asked if he would ever be able to make peace with Camille: "I'm not going to say much about that, but I'm going to do my best to make sure my kids are always okay."

Kelsey married girlfriend Kayte Walsh in February of this year and the pair live in Chicago.

It was recently reported that he had proposed separating the children, offering to take his son to live with himself and Walsh while leaving his daughter in California with Camille.
