The men from Manchester - Kevin Liverpool, 33, and Junior Bradshaw, 30 - were arrested on Monday after a suspicious vehicle was found near to Stone's house in Devon, reports BBC News.
Police were said to have found a body bag, rope and swords when the pair were caught, in addition to maps and aerial photos of Stone's home.
Stone's representative revealed that the singer is "absolutely fine" after the incident, adding that the star is "getting on with life as normal while the police continue with their inquiries".
It is unclear whether the soul singer was in her home at the time of the arrest.
Investigation leader Detective Inspector Steve Parker had previously declared: "The two men in custody had in their possession information relating to an individual in the Cullompton area and items which lead us to suspect that they may have intended to commit a criminal offence."
Both men will appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.
Grammy and Brit Award winner Stone recently unveiled new single 'Somehow', which will feature on her fifth studio album LP1.
