Bryce Dallas Howard: 'Second pregnancy not easy'

Bryce Dallas Howard has confessed that she has found her second pregnancy difficult.

The Hereafter actress - who announced last month that she and husband Seth Gabel are expecting their second child - revealed that she has struggled with severe morning sickness this time around.

Howard told Parade: "Everyone has told me that it's easier, but to be honest, the morning sickness has been so intense. It was the first time as well, but this is sort of a whole [other] level.

"I just keep saying in my head that it means that the baby is really present and healthy. But I would choose this a million times over. I feel so fortunate to be able to have another child."

Howard also discussed her difficulties with balancing her busy career with motherhood, adding: "It's really hard. It's hard for any working parent. I think it's one of those things that you can only plan so much. You just have to make decisions on a day-to-day basis because life isn't predictable."

She has previously revealed that she suffered from post-natal depression after giving birth to son Theo in 2007.
