Madonna's brother speaks on her marriage

Madonna's brother has spoken about the singer's marriage to Guy Ritchie.

Despite recent reports claiming that the pair's relationship is on the rocks, Christopher Ciccone believes that the film director has coped well with the pressure of being married to the star.

"You can't really prepare yourself for it. I mean, I don't know how a person prepares himself for that," Christopher told The Mirror. "I was there from the beginning so it was no big surprise for me. But if you're not around for the evolution of it, for what it becomes and how intense it can get, it can be surprising. It just takes getting used to - it's as simple as that.

"I would say Guy has managed to cope. They're still together. He's famous himself on a different level and in a different field."
