Andre and Rivas split in April after dating for several months. Reports suggested that the pair have reunited after appearing close at a birthday party for The only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs last week.
Andre wrote in his new magazine column: "There was a story last week saying that Elen and I are considering getting back together again. I can honestly say that this isn't true.
"We split up because we didn't have time to see each other and this hasn't changed, but I will admit that we're still attracted to each other. That was never the problem!"
He continued: "I know we were pictured looking pretty close at Amy's 21st but we were only mucking about. We get on so well as friends and I can honestly say that if she met someone really great I'd be happy for her."
However, Andre admitted: "Obviously, I'd be a bit jealous as well, but ultimately I want her to meet someone who makes her happy. She really deserves it."
