Victoria spends £59k on jewellery

Victoria Beckham is reported to have spent £59,000 on jewellery in an exclusive store during her recent stay in New York.

According to the New York Post the former Spice Girl went into Jacob the Jeweller's shop and within half an hour had spent the massive sum like "it was nothing".

Victoria started off by looking for a present for husband David. A source revealed: "She bought him a £8,000 stainless-steel Five Time Zone Automatic watch and then started shopping for herself."

She went on to spend £43,000 on an 18-carat white diamond watch set in rose gold and another £8,000 on 5-carat diamond pave hoops.
