Dunn was killed Monday after he crashed his Porsche in West Goshen Township, PA. His good friend Zachary Hartwell, a passenger in Dunn's car, died as a result of injuries sustained in the accident.
The Jackass star was more than double the legal blood-alcohol limit at the time of the crash.
Steve-O, who mourned Dunn in a Twitter post on Monday, has now called off a slate of comedy gigs at Sacramento's Punch Line venue which were to take place over the next week.
A statement on the venue's website read: "These performances have been postponed, to be rescheduled for a later date. Refunds are available at place of purchase."
Steve-O's decision to refrain from public appearances in the immediate future comes two days after his fellow Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera gathered with Dunn's friends and family at a private memorial service in Westchester, PA.
Dunn was 34 years old at the time of his death.
