Jermaine Jackson was speaking at the unveiling of three waxwork models of the late singer at Madame Tussauds.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant and member of The Jackson 5 described Michael - who died two years ago today - as "never doubtful and never afraid to do anything".
"From a young age, he could see something and mentally already have it in his head," Jermaine told ITN.
"And that came from our training and our father giving us that drilling of 'you can do it'. You put it in your head, you see it, you feel it, you think it, you do it."
