Jennifer Aniston "happy" with personal life

Jennifer Aniston has said that she is "very happy" with her personal life.

The Horrible Bosses star is rumoured to be dating Your Highness actor Justin Theroux, although neither Aniston or Theroux have publicly addressed the speculation.

During an interview on Good Morning America today, the actress was asked if she is happy with "the personal area of [her] life", and while she didn't specifically mention her romantic life, she did reply: "I am extremely lucky and extremely happy."

Aniston also spoke about her appearance, telling Lara Spencer that she doesn't feel pressure to look a certain way in Hollywood but adding that exercising makes her feel good about herself.

"I feel better when I'm fit," she explained. "There is something about being able to move that I love. It changes your energy and your spirit."

Aniston also spoke about her relationship with former Friends co-stars Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and Matthew Perry, saying that she speaks to Cox weekly and stays in touch with the others.

"[Courtney] and I never left each other's sides," she said. "The others I don't speak to as much as I would love to but I do every once in a while."

Aniston was on GMA to promote her new movie Horrible Bosses, which revolves around three friends who plot to kill their respective bosses in order to make their lives better.

Horrible Bosses opens in the US on July 8 and in the UK on July 22.
