Kerry Katona 'dreams of Rod Stewart duet'

Kerry Katona has spoken of her dream to duet on stage with Rod Stewart.

The reality star admitted that she harboured such a strong crush on the 'Do You Think I'm Sexy' singer that it often sparked conflicts between her former Atomic Kitten bandmates.

"I used to argue all the time with the Atomic Kitten girls about what music we would have on in the background," she recalled to The Sun.

"I always wanted Rod Stewart and the girls would never let me listen to him. My dream is me and Rod on stage singing 'Tonight's the Night'. I'd love that."

Katona also elaborated on her claim to have proposed to Stewart as a teenager, explaining: "I went to a charity football match when I was 19 and I asked him to marry me. He said his girlfriend wouldn't be too happy."

Stewart welcomed his second child with wife Penny Lancaster back in February.

It was claimed today that Katona narrowly avoided being evicted from her house after former manager Claire Powell paid the star's rent for the next month.

Katona also revealed that she is still bankrupt, despite "working [her] butt off for the last 17 months".
