The American socialite stated that she feels uncomfortable when she receives a present, according to E! News.
"Honestly, I do not like accepting presents from anyone," Khloe said. "I just get very guilty and like, 'Don't spend your money on me. I swear to God, you make me more uncomfortable when you buy me a present than if you didn't'."
Khloe recently revealed that she lost 10 pounds over the past three months, becoming a dress size of 8.
Last week, the reality star joked that her sister Kim's engagement ring could be fake, claiming that no-one can tell what is real and what is fake these days.
Khloe described Kim as a "bridezilla" earlier this month, stating that her sister is being very particular about her wedding.
Earlier today, it was reported that Kim has settled on a wedding date for her marriage to Kris Humphries.
